In short — 5 simple steps:

1. 📣 Put your club idea out there — make a landing page. Focus on who it’s for, not just what you do.
2. 📨 Invite the first people to co-create. I —> We.
3. 📆 Start a rhythm — simple, regular gatherings.
4. 💬 Create an after space for convo to continue (WhatsApp, Slack, post-run coffee, etc.)
5. 🤝 Give ways for members to pitch-in, host and co-create.
